Privacy
The full policy is in counsel review.
Until the full privacy policy is published, here's the substance of how Advisor Atlas Leads handles data:
- Pre-purchase leads are anonymized. What you see on the marketplace before buying is the lead's tier, estimated financial range, state, age, and a one-line headline. No name, no email, no phone, no exact financial values.
- Identity unlocks only on a real purchase. Once you complete a purchase, you receive the consumer's full contact details, their planning history, and a written briefing. That information is sold to exactly one advisor — you.
- No resale. Advisors who purchase leads cannot resell or re-share that information. This is a hard term of the marketplace, baked into the advisor agreement you accept at signup.
- Consumer opt-out is honored. If a consumer exercises their right to withdraw (under CCPA/CPRA or otherwise), we suppress their lead from the marketplace immediately. Already-purchased leads cannot be retracted from the advisor who bought them, but the advisor's terms require them to honor any direct opt-out the consumer makes to them.
- Your advisor account. The information you give us during signup (name, firm, email, state licenses) is used to verify you and to filter the marketplace to leads you can serve. We don't sell or share your account info.
The complete policy — with formal data-retention timelines, security details, third-party processors, and your specific rights under state and federal law — will be posted here when counsel signs off. Questions in the interim? privacy@advisoratlasleads.com.
