Advisor Atlas Leads

When a lead is on us.

Every lead here is exclusive and opted-in. But if a lead is genuinely bad, you shouldn’t pay for it. This page summarizes when we refund. The full terms are in Section 8 of the Terms of Service.

What counts as a bad lead

If a purchased lead meets any of these, it qualifies for a refund to your wallet:

  • Hard email bounce

The consumer's email address permanently bounces on first contact. It does not exist or rejects all mail.

  • Disconnected phone

On a phone-allowed lead, the number is disconnected or not in service.

  • Fraudulent identity

The contact details resolve to a fabricated or stolen identity rather than a real person who completed the journey.

  • Duplicate purchase

You already purchased this same consumer through the marketplace, so you won't be charged twice for the same person.

  • Suppressed within 72 hours

The consumer exercised a privacy opt-out and was suppressed within 72 hours of your purchase, before you could reasonably make contact.

The 14-day window

Disputes must be raised within 14 days of purchase. Approved refunds are credited back to your prepaid wallet, not your card. Your balance is restored so you can buy another lead immediately. A lead you simply didn’t work, or one that answered and declined, is not a bad lead.

How to dispute

Open the purchased lead from your dashboard and flag it with the reason. We review every dispute against the criteria above and resolve it promptly. Honest disputes are the system working as intended. Flagging bad leads keeps the marketplace clean for everyone.
